Arsene Wenger hailed the endurance and tenacity of his Arsenal side after they edged Borussia Dortmund 1-0 in the Champions
League on Wednesday.

“It was a very tight game, very difficult. We didn’t give them room to create chances, but then we had a difficult period at the start of second half.
“Nevertheless, we created chances and we could have scored a second. It was a very great performance.”
Napoli edged Olympic Marseille by three to two goals in the other match in group F to move to nine points same with Arsenal.
In group E,Basel drew with Steaua Bucurest 1-1 while Chelsea booked their place in the next round with an emphatic three nil victory against Schalke 04.
In group G, Zenit Petersburg could only managed 1 -1 draw with FC Porto while Atletico Madrid hammered Austria Wien four nil.
