Juventus Parades the Oldest Squad in This Year Champions League


Juventus FC have the oldest squad average of all the Champions League teams at 28.6-years-old.
They have managed to take two points from their opening three games in Group C, which features Madrid, Galatasaray and Copenhagen.
Following Juve closely are Zenit St Petersburg with a team average of 28.5-years-old while Chelsea and Galatasaray
Follows with a team average of 28.1 years-old and Manchester City comes 5th with a team average of 27.5- years-old.
These teams have all struggled to make an impact in this year Champions League,making many to conclude that they will not make appreciable progress in this year competition.
Many Football Pundits have however refuted just insinuations,claiming that age of players alone cannot be a determining factor as to the success of the club, as the quality of player, tactics, coach, and the ability to play as a team are also key.
